If you're using our Pickup and Package service, you'll be emailed a final email invoice once your items have been processed by our team. This invoice will include a breakdown of all your charges as well as tracking information related to your shipment.
If you purchase labels through Shyp, you'll receive your invoice within a few seconds of completing your purchase.
Please note: As it stands, you cannot currently view invoices or final charges in the app or on Shyp.com. If you would like a copy of any invoice re-sent to you, please contact our support team.
