If your item has already been picked up by one of our couriers but you wish to no longer ship them, please contact our Customer Experience team. We will make every effort to stop your shipment before it is collected by a carrier and will arrange to have it returned to you in a timely manor. We may decide to return your items via mail.
If your shipment has already been collected by a carrier, we will attempt to have it re-directed back to you. However, this is not guaranteed. In this instance, you are still responsible for any pick up, packaging and shipping costs.
