Tracking your existing shipments
You can track your shipment by tapping on 'Track' within your app. This will also provide you with the specific carrier and carrier tracking number.
Tracking international shipments
If you're sending something overseas and it's traveling with FedEx or UPS, tracking will usually update all the way to your shipment's delivery address. If your shipment is traveling by USPS, how far your item is tracked will depend on the speed you originally chose. Please note that USPS 4-week delivery does not offer tracking.
My tracking doesn't seem to be working. Why?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system. It does not necessarily mean your package isn't moving. In the event that your tracking number does not update after several days, either in your Shyp app or on the carrier's website, please send our Customer Experience team a message and they'll look into it for you.
