If your items have not been picked up yet, you can change the destination address by tapping on Edit next to the address within your pick up.
If you would like to change the address on your shipment after it has been picked up by one of our couriers, please contact our Customer Experience team so that we can attempt to make the necessary changes.
If your shipment has already been processed then we are unable to change the address. However, if your item is being sent by UPS or FedEx, we can contact the carrier on your behalf and attempt to re-direct the shipment to a new address. While Shyp does not charge a fee for this service, any additional shipping costs and fees applied by the carrier will be passed onto you.
