Shipments can be retuned to their sender for a number of reasons. For example, carriers such as USPS or FedEx may mark a shipment as undeliverable if the address is incorrect or if the recipient is not available to collect the shipment.
In this case, items will be returned. If you have a default address set in your Shyp app at the time the shipment was created, the item will be returned directly to you. If you do not, it will be returned to our warehouse in the city from which it was sent.
Whenever items are returned, we'll contact you to ask what you would like us to do with it. We can either return it to you or send it to another destination. Please note that you will be charged additional shipping costs if you ask us to send it to another destination.
It's important to know that returned shipments can take anywhere from several days to several weeks to be returned to either you or us, which we cannot control.
