How We Define “Fragile”
We consider an item fragile if it would break when dropped — but don’t worry, we won’t drop your stuff. We cover the complete cost of extra cushioning for items like glassware, electronics, musical instruments, or other delicate items.
If you choose to package your shipment yourself, Shyp's warehouse technicians will not open or repackage your items unless we suspect it contains a restricted item, and you assume responsibility for your shipment’s contents. See our Terms of Service for details.
