Shyp can send items to most countries around the world. However, there's some important things you should know as you prepare to ship internationally.
Giving your shipment enough time
Please ensure you leave enough time for your international shipments to arrive at their destination. If you choose the most economical shipping option, it can take several weeks to arrive. Delays in processing at the receiving country's customs can also add additional time before it is finally delivered.
Customs, taxes, and duties
Just like the United States, each country has their own laws and regulations when it comes to processing shipments from other countries. When building an international shipment within the Shyp app, you'll be asked to complete an item declaration. You should complete this for each item within your shipment, including a description and the declared value. You should complete this form honestly and accurately. Not doing so may result in clearance delays or your shipment being returned or even destroyed.
Shipments returned to sender
If your item is marked as undeliverable by the receiving country's postal service, or it is denied by the receiving country's customs, it will be returned to the United States. If you have added your default address to your Shyp app it will be returned directly to you. If not, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that event, we will contact you to ask what you would like us to do with it.
Keep in mind that returned shipments can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to be retuned to you or us, particularly if you chose the most economical international shipping option. As it stands, we're unable to expedite the return of these shipments.
