Select a service type: To get started creating a new shipping label, first ensure you have selected Print Shipping Labels and entered your origin zip code at the bottom of the app's home page. To switch between services, tap on Service, then select Print Shipping Labels. To edit your origin zip code, simply tap on From at the bottom of the app's home page.
Select a label type: Tap on + Create Shipping Label and select either Standard Shipping Label or Import eBay sales to create a label for your sold eBay items.
Enter a recipient, destination address and return address: After entering your recipient's name, begin typing their address. Make sure the address is accurate and includes things like an apartment number or suite number. The return address should be the address where you would like your shipment returned in the event it cannot be delivered. This address must be within the United States. You can also choose to share your shipment's tracking information by entering either your recipient's email address or phone number.
Enter your shipment's dimensions and weight: Your label price will be determined by several factors, including dimensions and weight. Accurately enter your shipment's dimensions and weight as it is when packaged and ready to ship. Do not use the dimensions or weight of just your items without including packaging. You can also select flat rates boxes.
Select your shipping rate and carrier: If sending non-flat rate, you'll be given the lowest available shipping costs based on dimensions, weight and destination. Tap on the filter icon in the top, right to display only the carriers and shipping speeds you're looking for.
Purchase your labels: After creating a label, you can add additional labels before proceeding with your purchase. If you haven't done so already, enter a valid credit or debit card. You can learn more about how your information is kept private here. Any credits you have will also be applied.
