If you have purchased and printed a label that you no longer need, please contact our Customer Experience Team so we can take care of you. You can contact us by tapping on the 'Support' widget below ('?' on mobile) and leaving us a message.
We can either add credit to your account in the amount you paid for the label or refund the amount back to the original form of payment. Refunds to your original form of payment typically take up to 5 business days to process.
If your label has already been scanned by the carrier we are unable to refund your costs.
