A CSV is a comma separated values file, which allows data to be saved in a table structured format. If you're shipping a lot of items, using a CSV file may help significantly reduce the time and effort you spend entering your recipient's information.
To have CSV imports enabled on your account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with one of our business specialists.
To get started, log into your account on Shyp.com. Then click on New Shipment +.
CSV upload is currently only available through our Pickup and Packaging service in select cities. If you don't see a CSV option and you know it's enabled on your account, click on Switch services, then click on Pickup and Packaging.
If you haven't done so already, click on Download CSV template and import the file into Excel, Numbers or Sheets. If you already have a completed CSV, click on Import from CSV.
Edit the template and add your recipients' name and address. If you wish to share tracking information with the recipient you can also add their email address or phone number. Select packaging be either entering y for yes, or n for no in the far-right column. Once complete, save your file and return to Shyp.com to import your CSV file.
Once imported, you can manage your shipments from your Dashboard. To edit shipments, click on edit in the top right corner, select a shipment, and then edit the appropriate fields. Click on Done Editing once finished.
To schedule a pickup, click on Schedule Pickup in the top corner.
Select a time slot that best fits your schedule, either today or tomorrow. Ensure that the pickup address is correct. To change your pickup address, click on Edit next to the address.
